Today was my first day but I could only drink 9 bottles of water. Aim for 30 minutes of exercise times a week to get started. Then will switch over to the auto ship of Turbo shakes for my 4th month. You don't have to run, bike or perform any traditional cardio exercise to get high-intensity, fat-burning training. Consult a personal trainer to make sure you're using proper form, to avoid injury.
